Introducing Our Roads, Our Safety

Between March and May 2009, Sheffield City Council’s Road Safety Team worked with the communities of Sharrow and Nether Edge to think about how best to promote road safety in their local communities.

This process marked the beginning of a long-term effort to target groups that are over represented in traffic accidents on London Road, Wolseley Road and Abbeydale Road.

This website provides you with information about the Our Roads, Our Safety campaign, the community’s response and how the Road Safety Team will continue to work with the community about road safety.
